How it Works...

Step 1: Send us an Overview

Using the quick template below, send in a brief overview of your wedding needs. Once received, I will return your inquiry within 48 hours (please allow 72 during peak wedding season May-October), and if the date is still available, we move forward with setting up a complimentary consultation. Quick, easy, painless! 

STEP 2: complimentary consultation

All of our consults are held at our favorite local coffee spot, The Corner House. It is there, we will review your notes, talk about your day's details, and sketch out the initial designs for your wedding. (all while enjoying the best coffee, tea, & smoothies in Lombard!)

step 3: contract

Within a week's time, I will type up all of our notes, design details, and delivery information, and send it over via e-mail. It will be paired with a full rental breakdown, mood board, and our terms and conditions. All price quotes are valid for 7 business days, and are secured with a non-refundable 15% retainer to hold your date and prices. The retainer goes towards the cost of your event, and is not an additional fee. 

Step 4: Final Payment

Final balance is required 30 days before the scheduled event date. This allows ample time to secure all fresh and hard good supplies necessary to execute the contracted designs. Allium accepts Chase Quick Pay, Personal or Cashier's Check, as well as major credit cards as payment. Any major changes must be solidified prior to the final balance payment, though it is not uncommon to add any last-minute additions should your needs change. Full details on this policy can be found in our terms and conditions. 

Step 5: wedding day! 

It's here! The day we've all been planning for, your wedding day! It is my personal goal, that all details are handled the week prior, so that on Wedding Day, my Allium team is nearly undetectable. Though should you need us, we are available at a moment's notice. We like to be a minor detail in your day, our goal being to enhance it, rather than interrupt. Our deliveries are always prompt, and executed to the contracted detail. I have no doubt you will be impressed with our professional attitude and attention to detail. Whether it's delivering personal flowers to your hotel suite, passing out corsages and boutonnieres at your ceremony, or returning for a midnight pick-up of rental items when the party is all over, you can rest assured, that we have it handled.

We do not overbook, we take into account each event's needs and close weekends as necessary. If we are not available for your date, we will notify you upfront so as not to waste your time.
